This presentation will equip participants with the ability to use classroom management strategies to improve social, emotional learning, prevent and intervene with crisis using verbal de-escalation and effective interventions. Participants will be introduced to the "Three Lens Approach" that encompasses a mental health and behavior modification approach that improves staff performance for effective outcomes for students.
